Yes, On Point Creative NT holds public liability insurance, so we're covered to shoot at corporate venues, council events, and any location with vendor insurance requirements.
All photos belong to you, the client. On Point Creative NT does reserve the right to use images for our own marketing and portfolio, unless you'd prefer we don't. Just let us know at the time of booking and we'll honour that request.

As a general rule, all bookings held by ABN/ACN holders are typically invoiced same/next business day with a 30 day period.

Sponsorship spots are limited, subject to availability, and may not be offered during peak periods. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to check availability.
We deliver a curated selection of all useable images from your event. Depending on the length and pace of coverage, this typically ranges from 30 to 70 photos per hour of shooting.
Yes. We work with you before the event to confirm your run sheet, key photo priorities, and any VIPs or must-have shots, so nothing important gets missed on the day.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during Dry Season and the September to December peak period (awards nights, graduations, and Christmas events), when dates, particularly weekends, fill up quickly. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings, weekdays tend to have more availability.
Yes. In addition to conferences and corporate events, we cover exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches, capturing key moments, activations, and audience engagement for marketing and reporting use.
